1. General Terms

By joining Sathya Dev Group, you agree to follow all rules, policies, and guidelines mentioned in this Terms & Conditions document.
The membership offered by Sathya Dev Group includes lifetime membership code access and 1-year business earning validity, subject to the rules below.

2. Membership Conditions

1. Members join the program with a small investment amount as decided by Sathya Dev Group.

2. After joining, members receive a lifetime membership code, which remains permanently active.

3. Business earning validity is limited to 12 months (1 year) from the date of joining.

4. Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.

3. Referral-Based Business Earnings

1. This business model is purely referral-based.

2. Income is generated only when members give referrals.

3. No referral = No earnings under any circumstances.

4. Sathya Dev Group does not guarantee earnings unless the member performs the required referral activity.

5. Referral rewards and benefits are released only after successful verification of referred members.

6. Fake, duplicate, or invalid referrals will not be counted and may lead to membership suspension.

4. Lifestyle Benefits

Members are eligible for annual lifestyle benefits as per current company policy:

• ₹3,500 Cell Bill Support

• ₹30,000 Petrol Support

• ₹6,000 Health Benefits

• ₹8,000 Birthday Celebration Benefit

• ₹3,000 Wedding Gift Benefit

• Foreign Trip (once per year, based on performance and company criteria)

These benefits may change, be upgraded, or revised based on the company’s operating policy.

5. Member Responsibilities

Members must:

1. Provide accurate information during registration.

2. Use their membership code ethically for referrals.

3. Follow company guidelines while promoting or referring.

4. Avoid misleading or false claims in the name of Sathya Dev Group.

Any misuse may result in termination of membership with no refund.

6. Company Rights

Sathya Dev Group reserves the right to:

1. Modify or update benefits, policies, or referral structures at any time.

2. Approve or reject referrals based on verification.

3. Suspend or terminate memberships found violating rules.

4. Change Terms & Conditions with prior notice on the website or official communication channels.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

1. All payments made to Sathya Dev Group are final and non-refundable.

2. No refund will be provided under any circumstances (including dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, or non-earning due to lack of referrals).

3. Members cannot dispute payments or request reversals after joining.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, materials, and brand assets of Sathya Dev Group are the property of the company.
Members are not permitted to copy, misuse, or distribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. Sathya Dev Group is not responsible for a member’s earnings, losses, actions, or inability to perform referrals.

2. Earnings depend solely on the member’s performance.

3. Company is not liable for:

   • Miscommunication between members

   • Unauthorized promotions by members

   • Personal disputes

   • Incorrect member information
